SIZING POLICY

Please note that our bra sizes typically run A/B cups. If you choose to order a custom size bra, you will be required to list this on your order form and will be asked to acknowledge that you utilized a measuring tape to determine your size. This process ensures that you will receive the right measurements and that we will have the appropriate bra size to begin your order. Please keep in mind that custom sizing orders may have longer processing times. Please note that we do not produce our own bras; therefore, if you place a custom bra size order and it is not in stock, we will refer to your sister bra size. If you have any questions or concerns about your custom order, please feel free to reach out!

RETURN POLICY

All Hauteline Bling sales are final. Each of our items are handmade and our customized pieces are made to order; therefore, we ensure that each piece is of the highest quality for your satisfaction. We also make sure to mark in our description the exact size and measurement for reference. Due to this, we do not offer refunds or returns based on sizing or modifications.

If you have any concerns or issues with a HB piece, please send us a detailed description with your name, order number and pictures of the product to our email. All items must be addressed within 3 business days and all tags must remain on the product for us to qualify a review. If an exchange is needed, we are not responsible for the costs of shipping any item back.

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not offer refunds or returns due to shipping issues. Once the item has been marked as shipped, it is up to our designated carrier to ensure that the package arrives at its destination. Please ensure that you are selecting the correct items and appropriate sizes, as well as entering the correct shipping information such as your name and address (make sure you enter your apartment number, if necessary). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items by our designated carrier.

If your item is marked as lost by the carrier, we highly recommend you contact your local post office immediately. You may also file a lost package claim with your local post office. Once a package is shipped, Hauteline Bling is no longer responsible for that package.

We will do our absolute best to ensure the package successfully arrives at your destination. However, please note that we are not the shipping carriers and we cannot control that area of operation. If you have any issues receiving your package, please contact your local post office with the appropriate information such as your order and tracking number. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email us.

Please keep in mind that our website banner states our processing time and that does not include the time it takes to ship your package. Shipping time will vary depending on location. Therefore, please account for the processing time + shipping time + any possible delays when planning for your package.
